07 Food Service Regulations
Food allergens
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 (the "INCO" Regulation) and French Decree No. 2015-447, La Villa d'Èze makes available to its customers, on simple request at the counter or by phone, the list of the 14 major allergens potentially present in its dishes (gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphites, lupin, molluscs).
"Fait maison" (Homemade) mention
In accordance with French Decree No. 2014-797 regarding the "fait maison" mention in catering establishments, dishes carrying this mention are prepared on-site from raw products. Pizza dough, focaccia, sauces and desserts are prepared in our kitchens.
Meat origin
In accordance with French Decree No. 2002-1465 relating to the labelling of bovine meat and French Decree No. 2022-65 extended to pork, sheep and poultry meat served in catering, we disclose the origin of our meats:

Origin of our homemade preparations
Our pizza dough, focaccia, sauces and desserts are prepared on-site from raw products originating from France and Italy. We source our flour, oils, mozzarella, charcuterie and cheeses directly from Italian producers, and our fresh products from French suppliers.
French Évin Law — Alcoholic beverages
In accordance with the French Évin Law of 10 January 1991, any communication relating to alcoholic beverages is accompanied by the health message: "Excessive consumption of alcohol is dangerous for your health, please drink responsibly."
Prices and photographs
Prices shown on the website and on the menu are in euros, all taxes and service included. Photographs presented for illustrative purposes are non-contractual. The menu is subject to change without notice depending on supply and seasonal availability.
